Meet on Crow Beach, Braunton. Change into our sailing gear (changing facilities
provided). Safety briefing and some basic principles of sailing.We then set of for a gentle sail to familiarise you with your new surroundings. After we’ve settled you into the boat, we can begin the process of getting you involved in sailing the cat. This will be presented and structured in a relaxed way building slowly throughout the day. It’s up to you how involved you wish to become, the emphasis is on your enjoyment.
We’ll try to cover all aspects of sailing a catamaran, from helming, sail trim, tacking and gybing right through to trapezing. Each person will have plenty of opportunity to get hands on and really involve themselves in sailing a powerful, performance catamaran.
There will be plenty of opportunities to pull the cat onto one of the remote beaches or paddle her up a quiet inlet in search of food and non alcoholic drink.
